Architecture is ultimately a humanitarian pursuit. I am interested in the nature of our constantly changing society and how architecture can respond to meet new needs and challenges.

Peter has been with Blight Rayner for over 6 years. A significant portion of this time, devoted to the delivery of the New Performing Arts Venue, integrated into the Queensland Performing Arts Venue, since its early stages in 2019. Peter has played a key role in design and coordination of several of the project’s more complex technical elements such as the Architectural Precast Concrete, Partitions and Timber Detailing. 

In addition to Peter’s contributions to the New Performing Arts Venue, he has worked on a variety of other Blight Rayner projects including coordination and documentation for St Margaret’s Anglican Girls School Sports Precinct in Ascot, Brigidine College Science & Technology (STEM) Centre in Indooroopilly, design development on Mt Ommaney Entertainment & Leisure Precinct, 260 Queen Street Office Tower in the Brisbane CBD and St Margaret’s Anglican Girls School Rowing Facility in Albion.

Prior to working at Blight Rayner, Peter worked as a Technical Officer in the Bond University Architecture Workshop where he gained experience in prototype assembly, wood machining and a variety of other fabrication technologies.
