Brisbane Place is a landmark development within the historic St Stephen’s Cathedral precinct, introducing a distinctive vertical marker that reinforces the identity of this significant urban setting. The design integrates two heritage assets—the BCC-listed Stock Exchange Hotel and the State-listed Penola Place—through adaptive reuse. These structures will be transformed into boutique retail and hospitality offerings at ground and basement levels, with flexible office spaces above, creating a dynamic mixed-use environment.
