Jacinta is an award-winning interior design professional whose career has been shaped by experience working in Australia, Ireland and the United Kingdom. With 25 years’ expertise, Jacinta has led and worked on a diverse range of projects across numerous sectors, with a particular focus on workplace design.  Her key focus is to engage with clients and involve them throughout all project milestones, allowing them to shape outcomes and be a true partner in the design process.

Jacinta graduated from Queensland University of Technology in 2001 with a Bachelor of Built Environment (Interior Design). Since then she has worked for a range of well-known architecture practices including Hassell, Geyer and Woods Bagot in Australia, and 21 Spaces, TP Bennett and Sheppard Robson in the UK.

Her work has won her many major awards including the Good Design Award – Gold for Q Dermatology (2020), Australian Institute of Architects Award for Workplace Design for Aureon 25 King Street (2019), Australian Institute of Architects National award for Interior Architecture for the UQ Global Change Institute (2015), and Australian Institute of Architects GHM Addison Award for Interior Architecture for the same project.

From 2017 to 2025, Jacinta was Owner and Director of Outline Design Office specialising in workplace design, and most recently was Design Director for JLL. Jacinta’s workplace design expertise brings a major asset to the Blight Rayner team, along with her abiding passion to create interior spaces that engage and inspire.
