MASONRY WITHIN ST MARGARET’S SPORTS PRECINCT

The masonry language of the sports precinct extends that of the existing campus but depicts it in a different, lighter, and more dynamic way. The brick detailing throughout epitomises the idea of craft and human made, producing a backdrop for the play of light and shade over its texture. Perforated screen patterning allows ventilation throughout the precinct, while also permitting glimpses beyond.
