Architectural Graduate

Emily Gilchrist is an architectural graduate who undertook her Masters of Architecture from Bond University. Prior to joining Blight Rayner Architecture in 2026, Emily worked for Blok Modular for two years where she gained design expertise in modular construction for residential architecture. Emily’s previous experience was in fashion design.

At Bond University, Emily received several awards including the Board of Architects Queensland Student Prize in 20206 for highest proficiency across the whole architecture program. Earlier awards were the Architects Conrad Gargett Design Excellence Award, the Vice Chancellor’s List for Academic Excellence, the Dean’s List for Academic Excellence, and two First in Class Awards.

Emily is proficient in a range of software programs including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit and Rhino. She brings to Blight Rayner valuable expertise in modular architecture we propose to develop
