Chelsey Williams

Practice Manager

Chelsey Williams completed the Bachelor of Design (Architectural Studies) with Honours in 2014. To support her studies, she took on a diversity of roles including as an administrative assistant at WNC Electrical Services, a Sessional Academic Assistant at Queensland University of Technology, and Supervisor of 250 staff in the Tatts Group Contact Centre. Through these roles, Chelsey developed a passionate interest in practice management and, studio coordination and finance management.

Chelsey joined Blight Rayner virtually from our beginning in 2019 as our practice manager and has proactively help us grow to our ideal staff size of 40 personnel. She is in charge of multiple management sectors of our practice including our financial status, workplace health and safety protocols, quality assurance and policy development.

Chelsey has a remarkable ability to handle these multiple roles without compromise, as well as act as a primary motivator for staff morale, augmented by her background in architectural design studies. She is proficient in both modelling of practice management systems and architectural systems such as Revit, AutoCAD and InDesign. As our Quality Assurance Manager, Chelsey is responsible for our successful QA audits every year and is Blight Rayner’s primary point of client liaison.
