Majella Dwan - Blight Rayner

I enjoy very much minimising obstacles to Blight Rayner in designing and running their projects, particularly through fostering cooperation and collaboration within our office and with the wider project teams.

Majella Dwan

Cert IV (Frontline Management)

Business Support

Majella Dwan was the Executive Assistant to the directors of Cox Rayner for four years and subsequently for Kelley Covey Group engineers before joining Blight Rayner Architecture in 2020. Coincidentally, Kelley Covey were the engineers for a Blight Rayner project in Moree for Australian Food and Fibre. From these roles, Majella has gained a strong knowledge of architectural, engineering, and project management processes.

Majella supports both our directors, practice manager Chelsey Williams, and studio coordinator Nikki Berriman, in streamlining our operations including our financial, workplace, and quality assurance management systems.

Majella’s knowledge of architectural practice and procurement is an invaluable asset to the way we manage our client, consultant, and contractor interfaces, as well as advise our directors from an administrative perspective on risks and opportunities encased in our projects.
