Property Industry Foundation

The Property Industry Foundation (PIF) was established to draw upon the property industry to build homes for young people at risk of homelessness, one of our most critical social problems. PIF is not only about raising funds to build homes, but brings together all sectors of the industry to tackle the challenges of youth homelessness. PIF has developers, financial advisor, real estate agencies, planners, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, all involved, sharing knowledge, and uniting for a common mission.

Blight Rayner are Gold Partners of PIF, with Michael Rayner a member of the PIF Queensland State Board of Advisors since its inception in 2012.

Working with PIF builds camaraderie in the industry, and within our own office, with staff involved in several ways such as participating in fundraising events and challenges (the Blight Rayner team won the 2022 Pedal for PIF trophy for most funds raised), and volunteering in charity kitchens and in workerbees on existing housing.

Blight Rayner would like to acknowledge a number of firms we work regularly with who have joined the Property Industry Foundation, including Robert Bird Group, DMA Partners, Northrop, TTM, XBURO, Holmes Group, and ADG Engineers.
