We believe architecture is more than a profession. By its nature, it is concerned, with making the world a better place. This leads us into conversations with people from many walks of life, and imparts awareness of needs in society where we can help.
Currently, we are involved as founding members in supporting homeless youth through the Property Industry Foundation. This invites board decision-making and pro-bono designing of residential accommodation.
We’re progressing our involvement in CareerTrackers to employ young First Nations people interested in or undertaking architectural education, as well as additional minority employment opportunities in a program to assist housing for refugees.
Our contribution to young people’s architectural education includes roles as Adjunct Professor at The University of Queensland and Griffith University, the latter also entailing Chair of the Griffith Architecture Advisory Board.
We foster gender equality amongst our staff through equal employment opportunities across all roles.
We welcome anyone giving us awareness of social needs where our design abilities can help.
