As a relatively newly established practice, Blight Rayner is in the process of building our team of highly collaborative architects and designers with outstanding skills. We do not wish to become a very large practice and want to maintain a design studio atmosphere; therefore it is important to us that our staff are of the highest calibre.

Design Development/Documentation Architect
- Revit proficient (or with outstanding detailing abilities if not)
- Documentation capable in large-medium buildings
